Education — where I operate

The institutions I run, and build for.

A decade running academic institutions across the UAE and India: British and IB tutoring, nurseries and academies. StayAhead, Cordoba and Knowledge Quotient are mine to run; for others, like DEWA, we build the systems behind them.

If any one of these piques interest, ask.

Software — what I trained in

Platforms I've built — and shipped for.

A Computer Science degree, then 25 years shipping software — always on the Microsoft stack (.NET, SQL Server, Windows Server, IIS), plus native iOS & Android apps. Breeze ERP runs schools across the UAE & India; Onya, Circle and PhilanthropyAge, all built end to end. We build software for the Gates Foundation.

If any one of these piques interest, ask.

AI — the newest layer

Put to work, not bolted on.

Full disclosure — it's in my initials: Ashwinth Isaiah. Copilot-style workflows, knowledge systems and automation — built inside the platforms I already run.

If any one of these piques interest, ask.

Where all three meet

AI, woven through.

The through-line across every engagement now is AI and the coding behind it — woven through the StayAhead staff portal, the work we're scoping for Tawazun, with cloud (APIs, network architecture) under all of it. Circle — a PhilanthropyAge × Pearl Initiative partnership, backed by the Gates Foundation — is where it meets good causes.

If any one of these piques interest, ask.

What I'm working on now

01/07

Currently building

All of this, now shipped by a team of one, down from the 12–15 of us a few years ago.

01

Tawazun

The UAE's defence acquisitions authority, the Tawazun Council for Defence Enablement. We publish Foresight, its defence-and-industry magazine, on Forge: our purpose-built platform for magazines and editorial.

02

StayAhead

My education platform, and the system that runs the institutes: parent portal, payments and subscriptions, plus AI for enquiries, lesson planning and student success. Students see a two-grade increase. The goal now: team responses under 10 minutes, and 10–14 hours a week back for teachers.

03

DUBAL

DUBAL Holding, a strategic industrial holding company. We're delivering their bilingual corporate website as a first step, then consolidating asset management and centralising reporting in later phases.

04

Petal Collective

A subscription-led floral commerce brand. We're building the storefront and subscription engine, with a central hub that unifies payments, content and fulfilment onto one platform by API.

05

ALMARKAZ

A long-time client. As ALMARKAZ scales up after Aldar's investment, we're exploring a suite of AI agents on their own systems, so the team could double its capacity with no new headcount.

06

The institutes

Cordoba and Knowledge Quotient. Building a leading British & IB tutoring institute: accessible, process-driven, and engineered to make strong student outcomes dependable.

07
Claude Code usage

Claude

My daily driver for almost everything. Andrej Karpathy says leaving tokens on the table gives him FOMO, and honestly it's the same for me. 😊

An open question

Where do these skills fit next?

Twenty-five years in, I've built and adopted technology for organisations of every size. I haven't worked inside a large corporate, so I hold this loosely.

The pull is towards education, where the room for change feels biggest. A corporate role or a partnership, I'm still weighing it.

If somewhere comes to mind as you read, that's the conversation I'd love to have.
