The institutions I run, and build for.
A decade running academic institutions in the UAE: British and IB tuition, nurseries and academies. Some are mine, StayAhead, Cordoba and Knowledge Quotient. For others, like a department at DEWA, we built the systems behind them.
Software · what I build
Digital solutions, built and shipped.
25 years on the Microsoft stack (.NET, SQL Server, Azure, IIS). ERP, enterprise and government platforms, built end to end, plus native iOS and Android apps my team has shipped for clients.
AI · what I put to work
Put to work, not bolted on.
Real work, not demos. AI that writes lesson plans, marks exams and tracks mastery, answers enquiries in seconds, and gives a team one shared memory. And yes, it is in my initials: Ashwinth Isaiah :)

StayAhead
My education platform, and the system that runs the institutes: parent portal, payments and subscriptions, plus AI for enquiries, lesson planning and student success. The goals: a two-grade increase for students, team responses under 10 minutes, and 10–14 hours a week back for teachers.
DUBAL
DUBAL Holding, a strategic industrial holding company. We're delivering their bilingual corporate website as a first step, then consolidating asset management and centralising reporting in later phases.
Petal Collective
A subscription-led floral commerce brand. We're building the storefront and subscription engine, with a central hub that unifies payments, content and fulfilment onto one platform by API.
ALMARKAZ
A long-time client. As ALMARKAZ scales up after Aldar's investment, we're exploring a suite of AI agents on their own systems, so the team could double its capacity with no new headcount.

Cordoba and Knowledge Quotient. Building a leading British & IB tutoring institute: accessible, process-driven, and engineered to make strong student outcomes dependable.
HQ & the brain
A crew of AI agents with one shared memory, orchestrator and advisor patterns running the group day to day. The hard part I'm solving now is agent memory, and getting them to work as a team.
